1. Services Offered
Ash Tyler provides spiritual therapy, psychic readings, energy healing, energy-clearing sessions, hypnotherapy, and related spiritual services for personal development, guidance, healing, and general well-being.
These services are complementary and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Booking and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system, email, or telephone.
A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the scheduled session, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Payment can be made by PayPal, credit or debit card, or bank transfer.
Payment in full at the time of booking is preferred wherever possible.
Your appointment is not fully confirmed until the required deposit or agreed payment has been received.
3. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
All bookings include a £30 non-refundable deposit, which forms part of the total session cost. This deposit secures your appointment and contributes towards the administration, preparation, and payment-processing costs involved in managing each booking.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, any remaining balance paid will be refunded, minus the £30 non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the full session fee will be retained.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may be subject to a £30 rescheduling fee.
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider the circumstances and do our best to accommodate you. Any exceptions remain at our discretion.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, the appointment will be forfeited, and all fees already paid will be retained. We will be unable to provide a refund or transfer the payment to another appointment.
Repeated no-shows may result in the client being unable to make future bookings.
Cancellation Policy for Paranormal Assistance Sessions
A non-refundable fee of £44 applies to all Paranormal Assistance sessions.
This fee covers preparation, preliminary energy work, administration, and any supporting materials provided before the session.
Should you cancel the session for any reason, the £44 fee will not be refunded. However, where appropriate, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your appointment and apply the remaining eligible payment towards a new appointment date.
By booking a Paranormal Assistance session, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy.
4. Session Timing and Punctuality
Please respect Ash Tyler’s time and arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment.
Sessions may be booked back-to-back, and we are therefore unable to extend appointments beyond their allocated duration.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
If you are significantly late and there is insufficient time to complete the session safely or effectively, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
5. Scope of the Session and Follow-Up Appointments
Each session covers as much as can reasonably and safely be addressed within the booked appointment time.
Due to the complexity of spiritual and energetic work, it may not always be possible to identify, discuss, process, clear, or resolve every concern within one session.
If additional support, further discussion, or further energy checking is required after the session, a 30-minute follow-up appointment may be booked for £55.
Follow-up appointments are not automatically included unless this is specifically stated within the description of the service you have purchased.
Any follow-up work must be booked through the usual booking process. Messages sent after a session are not a substitute for a booked follow-up appointment.
6. Post-Session Energy Checks and Additional Work
Due to the high number of clients Ash supports, she is unable to provide ongoing or repeated energy checks outside of scheduled appointments.
Ash may occasionally choose to conduct a brief follow-up check where she feels it is necessary, but this is entirely at her discretion and should not be expected as part of the original session.
Requests for additional scans, repeated checking, further clearing, interpretation of new experiences, or assessment of whether an energy has returned will require a separate appointment.
Where a full session is not required, clients may book the 30-minute follow-up appointment for £55.
Energy can continue to shift and integrate after a session. A new feeling, dream, emotion, physical sensation, or life event does not automatically mean that the session was unsuccessful or that the original issue has returned.
7. Communication and Contact Boundaries
We understand that clients may have questions or require clarification after a session. Reasonable administrative communication is welcomed.
However, email, social media, and messaging services are intended primarily for bookings, payments, scheduling, and brief administrative enquiries. They are not intended to provide ongoing spiritual guidance, counselling, energy assessments, crisis support, or repeated post-session checking.
Due to the emotional and energetic demands of Ash’s work, excessive, repeated, urgent, or persistent contact outside of booked appointments is not acceptable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Sending multiple messages across different platforms regarding the same issue.
Repeatedly requesting free energy checks, scans, readings, or reassurance.
Expecting immediate or out-of-hours responses.
Continuing to contact Ash after being advised to book an appointment.
Sending large amounts of personal information for assessment outside of a session.
Placing pressure on Ash or her team to perform additional unpaid work.
These boundaries are necessary to protect Ash’s health, energy, personal time, and ability to safely support all clients.
Where additional spiritual or energetic support is required, the client will be asked to book an appropriate session.
Persistent disregard for these boundaries may result in communication being limited and future services being refused or discontinued.
8. Response Times
We aim to respond to administrative enquiries as soon as reasonably possible. However, responses may take several working days during busy periods.
We cannot guarantee immediate responses, including where a message is marked as urgent.
Please do not send repeated messages while awaiting a response, as this may delay the administration process further.
Ash Tyler’s services are not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services, your GP, or a qualified healthcare professional.
9. Time Between Sessions
Due to the nature of energy work, a minimum period of two weeks is normally required between sessions.
This allows time for integration, processing, adaptation, and stabilisation following the energetic work completed.
Booking sessions too closely together may interfere with the natural integration process. Ash reserves the right to postpone or decline a booking where she believes more integration time is required.
10. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential.
Personal information, session details, and notes will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and immediate concern regarding safety.
Clients are also expected to respect the confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, and personal boundaries of Ash Tyler and any other participants involved in group sessions, courses, or events.
11. Client Responsibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a session unless written consent has been provided by a parent or legal guardian.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, well-being, and actions before, during, and after a session.
Ash’s services provide spiritual guidance and support, but you must use your own judgement when deciding how to apply any information received.
You agree to disclose any relevant information that may affect your ability to participate safely in a session.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, legal, or other professional assistance where necessary.
12. Disclaimer
Spiritual therapy, psychic readings, energy healing, hypnotherapy, and energy-clearing services are subjective experiences.
Individual experiences and outcomes may vary depending on personal circumstances, beliefs, expectations, readiness, participation, and other factors.
No specific result, outcome, healing, improvement, or resolution can be guaranteed.
Information provided during a session should not be treated as factual proof, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services provided by a suitably qualified professional.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ash Tyler will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, financial, emotional, physical, or consequential loss arising from the use of the services provided.
Nothing within these terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Ash Tyler reserves the right to refuse, postpone, cancel, or discontinue services at her discretion.
This may include situations where:
The service is not considered suitable or beneficial for the client.
The client requires support outside Ash’s professional scope or capacity.
The client behaves in an abusive, threatening, manipulative, inappropriate, or disrespectful manner.
The client repeatedly disregards communication or booking boundaries.
The client places unreasonable pressure on Ash or her team.
Continuing the professional relationship may negatively affect Ash’s health, safety, or well-being.
Where services are discontinued due to inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these terms, refunds may not be provided for work already completed, preparation already undertaken, or appointments missed.
15. Intellectual Property
Any written reports, recordings, course materials, meditations, scripts, resources, or other content provided by Ash Tyler remain her intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for the personal use of the purchasing client only and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, published, taught, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
16. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.
The version available at the time of booking will apply to your appointment unless you are informed otherwise.
Clients may be notified of significant changes before a future session or service.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for, or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
